The ScratchLogo is the logo of Scratch shown in the upper-left corner of all parts of the Scratch Website and applications (including the Offline Editor). The logo was changed to a simple, modern version with the introduction of Scratch 2.0, although it retains the same basic shape and orange color as the previous one.
The Scratchlogo has long used orange, a color associated with positivity and good mood. It symbolizes the ease of learning, as the program is adapted for children.
As of 2015, the Scratch Team decided to update their logo to have a white outline outside the logo, and to be changed to primarily orange. When Scratch 3.0 launched on January 2, 2019, this became the primary logo for the entire platform.
